Am descoperit pe blogul lui Teo o reteta de pasca ce m-a cucerit! Foarte gustoasa, racoroasa, usoara... de vis! Am testat-o si eu si a fost foarte apreciata :)

Ingrediente:
3 oua,
200 g zahar pudra,
coaja de lamaie, un praf de sare,
750 g ricotta,
50 g faina,
150 g mix de fructe,
esenta de rom.
Mai intai am incins cuptorul la 180° C si am pregatit o tava de copt rotunda (diametru 20 cm, a lui Teo, a mea a avut 24 cm).
Am pus mixul de fructe intr-un bol impreuna cu esenta de rom si am turnat apa fierbinte sa le acopere.

In bolul mixerului (sau intr-un bol incapator, depinde ce aveti la indemana) am pus galbenusurile, coaja de lamaie, putina sare si zaharul si am mixat pana si-au dublat volumul. Am adaugat ricotta si faina si am amestecat.

Am scurs mixul de fructe de apa si l-am adaugat in compozitie. Separat am mixat albusurile pana au devenit o spuma ferma, pe care am incorporat-o cu miscari lente in compozitia de galbenusuri.

Am turnat compozitia de pasca fara aluat in tava pregatita si am dat-o la cuptor pentru cca. 40 de minute.
Odata coapta am lasat pasca sa se raceasca complet.
